So appreciate the kind and professional attitude of your crew. Our new fence is all I hoped for and several of our neighbors have noticed and asked who built it. Love the wrought iron gate. We will be using this company again!

We were looking for someone to redo our sunroom. I had contacted several contractors and they would come out and talk to me more like a car salesman then a contractor. Jonathon from 5 star came out for an estimate he was very personable and gave me several options. While I was making my decision I had several questions he always got back to me in a timely manner and never seemed put out with my questions. They completed what we wanted done and left a clean job site and did a nice job!!! would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend this company. I saw their van in our neighborhood and decided to call-even their custom van detail caught my attention. Jonathan and his team worked within our budget on our kitchen/hearth room remodel and helped to bring some of my custom design ideas to fruition. Ellen Palmer of Elle Design Co. that works with Five Star helped with several design ideas-picking out a wonderful woodgrain tile backsplash/fireplace for us among other things. Her eye for design and her experience were much appreciated. Everyone was kind, funny and personable, and listened. Jonathan, Paul, Josh, Jameson, and Jefferson all helped and we got to know and trust them well over the months. We knew from the first meeting that Jonathan and Five Star would be our choice since he listened, made suggestions, and followed up with us. Having had numerous other contractors in our home in the past with ALL being extremely unpleasant situations (poor work, untrustworthy, constant no calls/no-shows, overcharging, etc.), we are very pleased with Five Star and the final outcome. We shared this information on our past experiences at our first meeting as we had a lot of trepidation with this, our last home project kitchen remodel. Jonathan was not intimidated and he laid everything out for us, walking us through and quelling our anxiety. It was fun to pick out different elements and incorporate them into the overall design – they worked well with us day by day. Their communication, attention to detail, showing up every day, and cleaning up at the end of the day were appreciated. Five Star ended up remodeling our bathroom during this time also due to another contractor totally botching the job. We are so relieved to finally have had a good experience! They truly live up to their name as it was a five star job and experience.

We absolutely love 5 Star remodeling! We have a big 2 story house, they put up all new siding and there was a lot of dry rot replaced. They were very responsive to things we found that needed fixed or repainted. Our house is beautiful they did an amazing job. We ran into issues with our window installers setting back our timeline a few weeks and they were so gracious and didn’t give us any issues on that. We are now planning our interior remodel and wouldn’t call anyone else! We trust them 100%! They are great people.

Five Star worked on a partial kitchen remodel for me. I found all of Five Star’s employees and sub-contractors professional, courteous, efficient and skilled in their particular discipline. All left my house as clean as when they entered. All exhibited great listening and communicating skills in addressing any questions that I had from the time Jonathan came to my house to review my project until the last workman left at the end of the project.

Five Star Remodeling is the bomb! Jonathan, Paul, Josh and Rachel, all who worked with me, were all professional, friendly, honest, and truly made my bathroom remodel a dream come true. When you finally have $$ to remodel any room, there needs to be a lot of communication and many adjustments as you may keep modifying your wants and needs. Jonathan was personable and patient. I took a month to decide exactly how I wanted things and modified things a couple times and he would just write me a revised proposal, no problem at all. I had given them a hard job with just about gutting my bathroom; it was completed sooner than I expected and is perfect. I plan on calling them back at tax time for another project and will use them for all my future wants. I would highly recommend 5-star Remodeling!!
